SonusTickets Help

If you are unable to find the answer to your question below, please email us at support@SonusTickets.com or call us at 615-469-7187

Will Call pickup
Most venues which sell tickets via SonusTickets offer what is called a "Will Call" area, where you can pick your tickets up at the event prior to the show. Will call rules and hours vary, so please check the individual venue page for specific instructions. Some may not be open until an hour prior to event time, while others may be open during regular business hours every day. Some events advise patrons to arrive very early to pick up tickets to avoid long lines. Will call areas are typically located near the entrance to the event.

In order to pick up your tickets, you may be required to present: Your valid photo ID, an order confirmation number, and/or the credit card you used to purchase the tickets.

Lost, stolen or destroyed tickets
If you do not receive your tickets within 48 hours of the event, please contact us immediately by calling 615-469-7187. Be prepared with the confirmation number for your account or the purchasing credit card. An SonusTickets agent will determine the nature of the problem, and if your tickets are replaceable, instruct you as to how to pick up your replacement tickets. Replacement tickets are generally available at the box office on the day of the show and can only be picked up by the credit card holder. Please note that valid photo ID and original card of purchase will be required to retrieve tickets. Tickets that are lost, stolen or otherwise destroyed may also be replaced using this process, at the discretion of SonusTickets and it's promoters.

Tickets should always be treated like cash. Keep them in a safe place, away from direct heat, sunlight, and moisture. Be sure to store them where they can easily be found again. Tickets are printed on heat-sensitive paper. Any contact with higher temperatures will cause the ticket to darken or turn black, so please keep this in mind when storing. Do not attempt to laminate tickets.

Black tickets?
We use a thermal printing process that makes ticket surfaces sensitive to heat. If this happens, contact us as soon as possible so we can verify your order and seat location and attempt to make alternate arrangements for your entry into the event.

Received error during purchase
We apologize that you have encountered difficulties with our online service.

Before re-attempting your purchase, we recommend that you check your Order History in the Your Account area. If an order was placed, the order status will appear on the page just after you sign in. If no order appears in your Order History, we recommend that you then re-attempt your purchase.

Cancelled or postponed events
To determine if your event is cancelled or postponed visit the homepage of SonusTickets.com. There you will also find any information regarding a new date for the event, as well as how to receive a refund for your ticket order. Also, if you are signed up to receive the SonusTickets news flashes, one will be sent indicating any changes to an event. If you are unable to locate an answer for your event please call 615-469-7187 or email us at support@sonusTickets.com and enter your event details. An SonusTickets agent will reply with the requested information.

General Refund Information
The venue or the event"s promoter determines policies relating to the cancellation of an event. These policies can vary, but generally, such policies provide for a refund of the ticket price. If an event is cancelled, we will attempt to contact you and advise you on the venue or promoter"s policy for obtaining a refund to that event.

When we issue a refund to you, we will refund the price that you paid for your ticket. Service fees, processing fees and any other fees, such as delivery fees, are not refundable.

Policies regarding postponed events vary by venue/promoter. If an event is postponed, you should contact the SonusTickets directly to obtain information about postponed dates of the event and if there is an applicable refund policy.

No information on an event
Why is it that sometimes you hear about an event that is supposed to go on sale, but when you call or visit SonusTickets.com, we don't have that event on sale?

Often, the venue or promoters prefer to wait until all terms about the event are finalized to protect the consumer from being misinformed. We don't release any information until we receive authorization from the promoter or venue; sometimes, this can happen after the media has already begun publicizing the event.

Bad weather for outdoor events
The best way to keep informed about changing weather situations is to sign-up for our SonusTickets news flash on the homepage. Often, the venue or promoters prefer to wait until the day of the event, sometimes even a few hours prior to the event before deciding the best way to handle bad weather. In some cases there will be a secondary indoor venue in which the event will be moved to. Sometimes they continue rain or shine, or the event may be cancelled or postponed. SonusTickets will make its best effort for inform consumers of a change, again sign up for our news flash or check the SonusTickets.com homepage for information.

I can't attend my event
Before purchasing tickets, carefully review your event and seat selection. Policies set forth by our clients, including venues, teams and theaters, prohibit SonusTickets from issuing refunds after a ticket has been purchased for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets.

Tickets for children
The age at which a child will require a ticket for admission to an event will vary from venue to venue, and from event to event. To determine if your child will require a ticket for the event you would like to attend, we recommend that you search by venue name in the search box and consult the information regarding children. In most cases, there will also be a venue contact number for further information or clarification. Please bear in mind that events specifically geared toward children will almost always require all children to have a ticket for admission. If you are unable to determine if a ticket will be required for your child, you may call us at 615-469-7187

How long does it take for my tickets to reach me via the US mail?
If you have selected standard mail as your delivery method, then the United States Postal Service will be used. Please allow at least 14 days after your order is made to receive your tickets. If you don't receive your tickets within 2 business days of the event, then please call us at 615-469-7187 for information on how to proceed.

Finding a seating chart
To find the seating chart you are looking for, please Search for the event that you are attending. From the event information or venue page, you can click on the "Seating Chart" link which will create a pop-up window with an enlarged map of the venue.

Please note, seating charts reflect the general layout of a venue and actual seating arrangements may vary slightly.

Ticket purchases from third parties
SonusTickets is unable to verify or guarantee the authenticity of tickets which were not purchased directly through an authorized SonusTickets sales channel (i.e.: SonusTickets call center, SonusTickets.com or an SonusTickets Ticket Outlet). For this reason, and because we are unable to provide any information regarding ticket purchases to a party other than the cardholder on the order, we do not recommend purchasing tickets from third-party resellers (such as brokers or individuals).

Requesting accessible seating
SonusTickets strives to make it as easy as possible to purchase tickets for accessible seating to accommodate various disabilities. You may request tickets for accessible seating only by phone or by visiting a SonusTickets ticket outlet.

Availability and type of accessible seating will vary based on each venue's policies and/or the type of event taking place. Note: Venues are solely responsible for establishing their own accessible seating policies. Some venues sell all or a portion of their accessible seats only through their box office and not through SonusTickets. In which case contact the venue directly for assistance in locating accessible seating.

Child, senior citizen, and student discounts
Some venues offer tickets at a discounted rate for children, senior citizen, and/or students. To determine if these tickets are offered for the event you would like to attend, we recommend that you search by venue name for the venue at which the event will be taking place. The venue information and/or cart page will often contain information on these. If no information is present concerning discounted tickets, we recommend that you contact the venue directly at the phone number or website provided to inquire about such tickets, as many venues offer this type of ticket for sale only through the venue box office.

What does obstructed or partially obstructed mean?
Typically this means that there is a pole, post, sound, and or lighting set-up between a certain seat and the sage. These obstructions will most likely constrict your view of the performance. All seats of this nature will be indicated as such throughout the purchasing process. If you have inadvertently purchased tickets with these conditions and need assistance, please contact an SonusTickets representative immediately at 615-469-7187

Ticket limits for events
In an effort to give all interested customers an opportunity to purchase tickets to an event, venues and promoters often set limits on the number of tickets one customer or household is allowed to purchase. You will be advised of any limits on tickets by a posting on the "buy" page for the event, or by a system limitation on the number of tickets you may purchase during your online session. Tickets purchased for an event during multiple online sessions on our website which exceed that limit may have their orders cancelled or not fulfilled.
